4. Against bribery
ECONINE complies with all anti-bribery laws. No member of ECONINE shall offer any form of gift or entertainment to obtain business, influence business decisions, or unfairly secure profits. These prohibitions apply to ECONINE and anyone acting on its behalf. Gifts and entertainment provided to customers and business partners must be pre-approved by the representative and recorded.
ECONINE must comply with anti-corruption laws wherever it does business. Corruption with customers, government officials or third parties is strictly prohibited. Corruption can be defined as any attempt to gain personal or business advantage through improper or illegal activity, such as bribery, extortion or kickbacks. Neither ECONINE nor its stakeholders should make business decisions based on corrupt activities, and we expect both customers and partners to abide by these principles. ECONINE protects its members from disadvantages and retaliation that they may receive for refusing to act against corruption.
6. Information Protection
ECONINE takes measures to protect the personal and confidential information of our members, customers, partners and experts. ECONINE members must protect the information of business partners. ECONINE may obtain information about its members, customers, business partners or third parties during business relationships. Except as management authorizes to share Company information with others, you should always assume that any information handled is confidential or competitively sensitive. You must take reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect your information. ECONINE must treat its customers, partners, communities and competitors we serve with fairness and integrity, and comply with applicable laws wherever we do business.
ECONINE must minimize the negative environmental impact of its operations by consuming less energy and water, reducing waste and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. When providing services, ECONINE must strive to help its customers contribute to ensuring the environmental sustainability of mankind.
